Established in 2008 by Ms. Cathy SC Choi, (she has 25 industry experiences and hold interior design and building diagnosis and inspection academic learning) BRILLIANT DESIGN & BUILD began as a small-to-medium enterprise (SME) specializing in interior design and holding a Class 2 Registered Minor Works Contractor license, which is listed on list Building Dept from 2019. Over 17 years, the firm has steadily amassed industry experience, yet it was not until participating in the HKTDC T Box program that it fully embraced a transformative business trajectory. Through the program’s enthusiastic provision of event recommendations and funding information, BRILLIANT DESIGN & BUILD gained not only a robust understanding of essential entrepreneurial strategies but also the impetus to integrate digitalization and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles into its core operations.
