STEP 2
Premise inspection
General checking on the existing E & M and site condition, try to do comparisons on fitting out regulation (cannot check the hidden area)
STEP 3
Communicate with landlord
List out the agreement requirement for client to do the negotiation with landlord. After client signing of tenant agreement, try to figure out the budget estimation.
Step 1: Outline Requirements
Client to provide essential information, including daily business operations, departmental workmate distribution, existing assets for reuse/relocation, business nature, department count, employee seating plan, and assets allocation.
Step 2: Premise Inspection
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the existing Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) systems and overall site conditions. Perform comparisons with fitting-out regulations, keeping in mind that hidden areas may not be fully accessible for inspection.
Step 3: Communication with Landlord
Outline the agreement requirements for clients to facilitate negotiations with the landlord. Following the client's signing of the tenant agreement, proceed to establish a budget estimation.
